Vintage Bali Sculpture Carved Wood Figurine Woman Bust Signed SIWA BALI

Approximately 13" x 7" x 3"
My uncle was stationed in the Navy on Midway Island when he and my aunt purchased this item in 1964 through a catalogue from the local exchange store. I believe the bust is one of numerous Chinese, Japanese and Malaysian items manufactured for tourists and military people stationed overseas.
The wood is likely teak but I can't confirm.
"SIWA BALI" is stated on the bottom.
Is in very good condition - there are two small, smooth scrapes on the
back
of the carving. One is above the woman's hair, in the middle of the headpiece. The other one is under her left armpit.
