Featuring Dynamic MicroDriver, the SE215 delivers detailed sound with enhanced bass. A detachable cable with formable wire enables easy replacement and a secure, comfortable fit on-stage or on-the-go. Sound Isolating sleeves in multiple sizes provide up to 37 dB of isolation and a customized fit. Available in translucent black or clear. Comfortable sound isolating sleeves block up to 37 dB of ambient noise. Sound isolation technology prevents outside noise from interfering with your listening experience, whether on-stage or on-the-go. Shure Sound Isolating Earphones require a proper fit to achieve the best sound.The role of the included sound isolating sleeves is twofold: blocking ambient noise and ensuring a comfortable customized fit. Because every ear is different, the Fit Kit includes three sizes (S, M, L) of the flex and black foam sleeves. Experiment with the size and style that creates the best fit for you. A good seal is key to optimizing sound isolation and bass response as well as maximizing comfort during extended wear.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within a fair amount of time from the shipping date (14 days). If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund. Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides, etc.), show no signs of wear or use, and include a Return Authorization number or be subject to a restocking fee. The item must be in the original packaging with all the accessories included.  We reserve the right to have the unit exchanged or repaired (up to manufacture).  Our warranty will not cover blown voice coils, or speakers with punctured surrounds.  This is considered physical damage and is not covered by a manufacturer warranty, or by our warranty.  No physical damage goods are warranted. DOA goods (physical) need to be claimed by shipping carrier.

and receive an RMA number, before returning. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied in order to return an item for a refund.  Shipping costs are never refundable, Item must not be used, and must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, within 7 days of the time you receive the item.
