This item in my EBAY store is a MILLERSBURG  "PEACOCK & URN"  GREEN CARNIVAL GLASS SIX RUFFLE SHAPED BOWL.   This MILLERSBURG  "PEACOCK & URN"  carnival glass bowl is antique glass that has survived well over 100 years of survival and because of age has now become a beautiful family heirloom piece of glass that is in excellent condition having NO chips, cracks, scratches, and no glass staining;   There is NO beading on the urn but there is a flying bee at this PEACOCK'S beek;   This bowl that I have here has the satin finish, and needless to say my photos show the iridescence is spectacular, this "PEACOCK" on this bowl is a beauty and of all these "PEACOCK & URN" bowls I've bought and sold, this bowl could be at the top;   There is NO finger feel roughness anywhere around the six ruffle edge, the secondary pattern is the so called "WIDE PANEL", and the carnival iridescence on the back of this bowl is as beautiful as the front of this bowl;   I may also add that this
MILLERSBURG  "PEACOCK & URN"  GREEN CARNIVAL GLASS SIX RUFFLE SHAPED BOWL is an early MILLERSBURG vintage antique carnival glass bowl that has been used and displayed over many years (well over 100 years of survival) and still remains in beautiful heirloom condition, surely the couple of people who have once owned this American beauty surely cherrished this piece of MILLERSBURG antique glass according to the condition of this MILLERSBURG "PEACOCK & URN" carnival glass bowl, a very beautiful "PEACOCK & URN" ruffled family heirloom bowl;   This MILLERSBURG bowl is just the way this "PEACOCK & URN" bowl left the "MILLERSBURG GLASS COMPANY" many years ago;   The glass itself is thick glass, with that "stippling" affect in the pattern that is often used by this MILLERSBURG glass company;
I will also mention that this MILLERSBURG "PEACOCK & URN" bowl that I have here does have those early carnival glass era characteristics of the early carnival glass making process having stress marks, straw marks, and air bubbles sometimes seen inside the glass of early carnival glass, these characteristics were done during the production of this MILLERSBURG "PEACOCK & URN" bowl and is NOT considered damage;   According to my reference material MILLERSBURG carnival glass was only produced over a three period when the MILLERSBURG factory burned down ending the era of "MILLERSBURG GLASS";   This MILLERSBURG highly sought after "PEACOCK & URN" pattern is shown and talked about in one of my many reference materials, one is a hard back book by,
"Edwards & Carwile" a book on carnival glass, the "STANDARD
