    1.  It’s heavy but I’m sure will hold me :) I’d rather have an option than nothing at all. Was hard trying to find a place to store this bad boy but I hung it from a hanger in the closet upstairs. Has easy instructions and it’s really put on window seal, open into place and then drop the ladder…. And here’s to hoping I’ll never need to use it.
    2. Seems easy enough to use.. I didn't release the ladder to try it, but it fit the crank out window sill, which was my main concern.
    3. The apartment building next to me caught on fire and ever since I have been horrified of living on the second floor and not having a balcony. I got this right away and I can say I now feel so safe having this for my apartment! It’s super light weight and easy to use. I feel like it’s something you don’t want to wish you had.
