Frosted glass bowl, nice salad, center piece bowl

Here we have today is a really nice piece of frosted glass, this lovely large bowl with floral design is 4 3/4" tall  and 11 7/8' across.  Piece has some light scuffing to the frosting but other wise there are no chips or cracks, there is light spotting to the inside of the bowl, I do not know if this will come off with a good cleaning
