    Description

1971 AUDI 100 SEDAN Lot of (2) Genuine Vintage AdS ~ MSRP ,595 ~ FREE SHIPPING
1971 Audi 100 Sedan lot of (2) original vintage advertisements.
    DESCRIPTION:
The ,600 Audi has the same steering system as the ,400 Ferrari.
    It's called rack-and-pinion steering.
And it's the simplest, most direct, most responsive type of steering system any car ever had.
It's precisely this simplicity and directness that gives you such an uncanny feel of the road. And the better your feel of the road, the more control you have over the car.
Besides the ,400 Ferrari, the Audi has a lot in common with a lot of other great automobiles.
The Audi has inboard disc brakes just like the Porsche racing car. And front-wheel drive just like the Cadillac Eldorado.
The Audi has the same trunk space as the Lincoln Continental. And just about the same headroom and legroom as the Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow.
Our interior looks so much like that of the Mercedes-Benz 280SE,
you can hardly tell them apart.
And as for service, you'll get the same kind of expert service that a Volkswagen gets. Because a Porsche Audi dealer is part of the VW organization.
You don't hear about a car like the Audi every day. A car that in many respects bears a remarkable resemblance to some of the finest cars ever made.
That's why we don't consider ,600 a lot of money for the car.
The way we look at it, it's a lot of cars for the money.
    The ,600 Audi
Porsche Audi: a division of Volkswagen
In Germany, with all these other great cars around, the Audi is completely sold out.
One week after the Audi 100LS was introduced in Germany there was a waiting list three months long. Six months later, it was up to nine months.
In fact, today, the Audi is the fastest selling car in Germany. (We've had to double our production facilities to try to keep up with the demand.)
    Why?
Simple. The Audi has features that are more advanced than just about every other car around. (Sixty-one years of engineering experience and incredible German craftsmanship saw to that.)
There's front-wheel drive. So you can corner surer. Even on the most terrifying curve.
There's rack-and-pinion steering. Which is far and away the simplest, most direct, most responsive steering system devised by man. (You'll find it in the best racing cars in the world.)
There's also those inboard front disc brakes. They're right in the car's airstream to keep them cool. So you can keep cool and not worry about them fading. They're also large enough to bring an Audi moving 60 miles per hour to a complete stop in a measly four (yes, four) seconds.
And as for the engine, well, it gets about 26 miles to the gallon. Which is very surprising for a car that can go from 0 to 60 in just 11 seconds.
Why even the interior is filled with
such luxurious features as seats that were designed by orthopedic surgeons. A heating and ventilation system that completely changes the air every 30 seconds. And... well, we could go on and on.
But one has to actually drive the Audi to know how the Audi actually drives. So why not call and get the name of your nearest Porsche Audi dealer.
There may be a waiting list in Germany. But we don't have one here.
    Yet.
