BABES IN TOYLAND "THE TOYMAKER" PUNCH-OUT FIGURES SET
- 1961 Golden Press/Walt Disney Productions ("Golden Funtime Punch-Out Books" series #GF196). 7.5" x 13". Color litho on die-cut cardboard. 6 pages.
Highly graphic promotional paper toy for the popular Walt Disney Christmas film. 5 pages are complete and unpunched. These pages include Annette Funicello (unpunched on cover), Ed Wynn, Ray Bolger, Tommy Kirk, various toy soldiers and the "toy-making machine."
1 page (featuring Tommy Sands and a toy wooden horse) has been punched, removed from book and pieces are not included.
Despite missing elements, this is still a colorful Disneyana piece with nice eye appeal.
Condition is considered GOOD to FAIR with moderate surface/stain/edge wear. Moderate surface bowing at bottom with a 1/2" litho pull (probably from price sticker removal) on cover.
Overall, we feel this book is in very displayable condition by most standards (see photos).
A nice representational example for the discriminating WALT DISNEY and/or VINTAGE TOY MEMORABILIA enthusiast. On a condition code scale of 1 to 10, the above listed item(s) rated - (7-6).
