Embossed Golden Yellow on Black Plate
I do not know much about these old plates - this is from an Estate
Plate appears to be in good condition with no major bends at all.  Very minor slight rust.  The paint is not glossy but rather has a matte look - not sure if that is how they were made or if it is due to wear, smog, etc.
Please look at all of my photos and you will see all parts of this old plate.  Then, make your own assessment as to condition and value to your collection.
This would be a great plate for the New York Vintage Car person with a 1940 vehicle who enters shows - very cool
