    The ad is 9 1/2" x 12 1/2"
    Very Good condition. Clean. No tears or creases. There is a hole in the lower left white background that has a piece of white paper taped onto the back and a light water stain, lower left corner. (Visible in scan). Also a smaller hole, upper left white background which is treated the same way. Outermost marginstrimmed narrow. The glossy paper is white and very flexible.
